BFA Members
BFA has over 2,000 members (primarily millennials) some of them are working, some in college and some in high school. These youth have come together to passionately fight against poverty, diseases, and illiteracy in their communities and society.

Members connect all across our chapters during the General Gathering (GG)once every year. This gathering is held in our Arusha office. Members get a chance to come together to reflect on the year’s activities, plan for the coming year, meet our beneficiaries see their talents, and spend time with them.

Where our Members Meet
BFA Fellowship
Our organization recognizes the importance of staying connected and aligned with our vision and commitment to supporting communities and giving back. Through our BFA Fellowship, members come together to engage in meaningful discussions, reinforce our organization’s vision, and remind each other of our shared dedication. These gatherings serve as a platform for fostering unity, collaboration, and a sense of purpose among our members.
Community Outreach
In addition to our community outreach efforts, we actively engage in acts of charity to directly impact the lives of those in need. Our dedicated team visits public schools bringing essential supplies and basic necessities to underprivileged children. Gift packs containing items such as food, clothing, soaps, and medical supplies are distributed, spreading joy and providing tangible support to these vulnerable individuals. These acts of kindness are carried out across various regions, under the guidance of our regional office trustees.
General Gathering
The General Gathering is an eagerly anticipated annual event that takes place in September. It serves as a platform for all members and stakeholders from across the country to convene and discuss matters of the organization and its impactful work. During this gathering, reports are presented, elections are conducted, and crucial discussions related to the organization’s vision and objectives take place. It provides an opportunity for open dialogue, fostering collaboration and unity among all participants.
Super Saturday Program
Our organization hosts the Super Saturday Program every week, bringing children together in a dynamic and inspiring environment. During these sessions, we focus on holistic development, incorporating activities that promote leadership, character building, personal hygiene, and academic subjects such as Mathematics and English. We engage in meaningful conversations with the children, listening to their thoughts and challenges, with a particular focus on addressing the needs of girls. Through these interactions, we instill a sense of self-worth, encourage belief in their abilities, and inspire them to pursue their dreams and strive for excellence.
Regional Fellowship
Recognizing the importance of regional collaboration and localized efforts, our organization organizes smaller gatherings called Regional Fellowships. These events bring together members from specific regions to discuss important issues related to the organization’s operations in their respective areas. Through these fellowships, we facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and effective implementation of our initiatives. Past fellowships have been held in Dodoma, Arusha, Morogoro, and Dar es Salaam, showcasing the commitment of our members across the country.
Christmas Gifts
Christmas is a time of love and giving, and as an organization, we firmly believe in demonstrating love through action. We provide Christmas gift packs to each child registered under our organization. These gifts not only attend to their needs but also serve as a tangible expression of care and affection. By offering these special gifts during the festive season, we aim to spread joy and remind every child of their inherent value and worth.
